🔥 Good Morning from Top Tickers
🔥 This Software Stock Just Jumped 36% Premarket
Monday's premarket belongs to dealmakers and voters. A software name is up more than a third on a blockbuster takeover, and an election result overnight sent an entire country's stocks sharply higher in US trading.
Elsewhere, Wall Street is handing out upgrades, with a motorcycle maker and a sports betting company both getting fresh endorsements. On the losing side, one chip giant is learning that a marquee partnership can get crowded fast.

YOUR ADVISOR PROBABLY WON’T SHOW YOU THIS…
Your financial advisor gets paid whether you make money or lose it.
When the market rises? They collect. When the market crashes? They still collect. And most will keep you in the same stocks, funds and 60/40 portfolios that depend heavily on one thing: The market going UP.
But institutions have spent decades using alternatives — including systematic strategies designed to operate differently from traditional long-only portfolios. Now individual investors can finally access that kind of technology too.
🚀 Pre-Market Movers
The Biggest Gainers, Ranked
PTC (PTC): +36%
The software company is getting taken out: Schneider Electric agreed to buy PTC for $205 per share, a deal that values the equity at more than $22 billion. A strategic buyer paying that much shows how much value it sees in owning the business outright. From here, the stock is mostly a bet on the deal closing, which is targeted for the third quarter of 2027.
Itau Unibanco (ITUB): +13%
Brazilian stocks are ripping after right-wing candidate Flavio Bolsonaro edged out incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva by about 2 percentage points in Sunday's election. US-listed shares of Itau Unibanco jumped more than 13%, matched by Banco Bradesco (BBD), while the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF (EWZ) surged 12%. When an election moves a whole country's market this hard, investors are repricing the political backdrop, not any single company's numbers.
Harley-Davidson (HOG): +6%
Citi (C) upgraded the motorcycle maker to Buy from Neutral, arguing the story is moving past the modest retail improvement seen earlier this year. The bank points to a major product introduction, cost savings, and potential earnings tailwinds from LiveWire (LVWR). An upgrade built on several catalysts at once gives the turnaround thesis more than one way to work.
DraftKings (DKNG): +5%
Bank of America (BAC) upgraded the sports betting company to Buy from Neutral, calling its prediction markets push a win-win. The firm sees that business generating meaningful fees and market-making revenue as soon as 2027. If that view catches on, prediction markets start to look less like a threat to the core business and more like a new growth engine.
Invest in the Future of Popcorn
Popsmith is reimagining popcorn for a new generation. With 100,000+ customers, $20M+ in lifetime revenue, and sales projected to reach $9M in 2026, the premium popcorn brand is expanding nationwide and raising capital for its next stage of growth.
📉 Pre-Market Movers
The Biggest Losers, Ranked
Intel (INTC): -4%
Intel is sliding after Elon Musk confirmed on X that Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM) is in early talks to help his Terafab chip venture. Intel has been the only named manufacturing partner at the Texas project since joining in April, with its next-generation 14A process tapped as the facility's technology. The world's biggest foundry entering the picture puts a question mark over what had been one of the cleanest wins in Intel's comeback story.

👀 What We’re Watching
Here’s One Ticker That’s Trending Today
Delta Air Lines (DAL)
Retail traders are circling Delta ahead of Friday's September-quarter report, typically the first look at how major US airlines are handling the quarter. On StockTwits, sentiment has held in bullish territory over the past week with chatter running high, as traders debate whether strong premium demand can outrun a fresh spike in fuel costs with Brent crude back above $100.
The options market is pricing roughly an 8% move around the print, and the stock has climbed about 21% this year even after absorbing the highest quarterly fuel bill in its history. Whether management holds its full-year outlook could decide if that run has more room or has gotten ahead of itself.
✌️That’s it for today.
