🔥 Good Morning from Top Tickers

🔥 This Steelmaker Just Jumped 11% Before the Bell

Wall Street’s analysts are doing most of the heavy lifting this morning. A chipmaker deep in a multiyear turnaround finally won over a bearish bank, a cloud software name picked up an upgrade on AI tailwinds, and an e-commerce giant was crowned a top pick on the strength of its cloud and robotics businesses.

The biggest move belongs to a steelmaker that beat on earnings even as it spars with a foreign government over job cuts. And in a quieter corner, a report that bankers have come knocking has an alternative asset manager drifting higher.

RECORD-HIGH COPPER FUELS THIS BELOW-$2 DISCOVERY STOCK

Copper is breaking records – and attention is turning toward early-stage discovery stories with real scale.

As electrification, AI data centers, and grid expansion collide with tightening supply... copper has become strategic infrastructure for the global economy.

And right now, one under-the-radar Canadian copper company – still largely undiscovered below $2 per share – is unlocking a district-scale opportunity across a historic copper belt in Canada's Yukon.

For generations, high-grade copper, gold, and silver were mined across this prolific belt.

Yet the deeper story was never told.

The land was fragmented, exploration tools were limited, and no operator ever controlled the entire belt.

That has now changed.

For the first time, this historic copper belt has been consolidated under a single, well-funded Canadian operator – creating the opportunity to explore the district as a unified system.

And this is not a single-deposit story.

Across the belt, multiple opportunities are advancing:

  • High-grade results across the flagship

  • Past-producing areas getting a second look via the drill bit

  • Multiple additional targets advancing toward drilling

Multiple rigs are already operating, more are being added, and the company is fully funded through the end of 2027 for its biggest exploration program yet.

More rigs. More drilling. Multiple shots at discovery.

And all of this from a small-cap copper company still trading below $2 per share.

We've put together a FREE online report with the full story – including our exclusive, in-depth interview with the company's CEO – detailing what recent high-grade results are confirming and where the fully funded 2026-27 drill campaign goes next.

🚀 Pre-Market Movers

The Biggest Gainers, Ranked

Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF): +11%

The steelmaker is jumping after a third-quarter profit that cleared what Wall Street was looking for. The beat lands at a tense moment: just last week, the Canadian government threatened legal action, including a potential forced sale of Canadian assets, over planned layoffs at its Stelco operations. A clean quarter gives investors something solid to hold onto while that fight plays out.

Intel (INTC): +4%

JPMorgan (JPM) upgraded the chipmaker to Neutral from Underweight, with analyst Harlan Sur saying the turnaround will take years but management execution has been solid and confidence is building. It isn’t a Buy call, but a bank stepping off the bearish side is a meaningful shift for a stock that has lived as a turnaround story for this long.

Datadog (DDOG): +3%

Bernstein upgraded the cloud monitoring company to Outperform from Market Perform, arguing AI tailwinds will boost the stock. In a market busy sorting software names into AI winners and AI casualties, Bernstein is putting Datadog firmly in the first group.

Amazon (AMZN): +2%

Morgan Stanley (MS) named the e-commerce giant a top pick and raised its price target. Analyst Brian Nowak pointed to accelerating growth at Amazon Web Services, the potential of its Bedrock AI platform, and robotics-driven efficiencies, a bull case built less on the storefront and more on the cloud and automation engines underneath it.

📉 Pre-Market Movers

The Biggest Losers, Ranked

Travelers (TRV): -1%

The insurance giant is slipping modestly in premarket trading. A move this size, with no clear catalyst attached, looks more like drift than a verdict, so the question is whether it deepens once the bell rings.

👀 What We’re Watching

Here’s One Ticker That’s Trending Today

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS)

AST SpaceMobile is climbing back up retail watchlists after Boost Mobile founder Peter Adderton said he’d be a buyer following the stock’s slide to around $40, and floated the idea that traditional carriers could partner with or acquire the company as an alternative to SpaceX (SPCX). On r/wallstreetbets, mentions more than doubled over the past 24 hours with sentiment running heavily positive, and traders are also tracking a fresh FCC fight after AST partner Ligado asked regulators to scrutinize Rocket Lab’s (RKLB) proposed Iridium (IRDM) acquisition.

The stock fell about 14% in a single session earlier this month after the FCC authorized SpaceX to deploy a 15,000-satellite direct-to-cell network, and the agency’s October 29 meeting is now circled on traders’ calendars. Whether the bargain-hunting chatter turns into real buying or the regulatory overhang keeps a lid on the stock is what this crowd seems to be weighing.

✌️That’s it for today.
